DAVID SCHONBERGER is a principal and founding member of Radiant Partners, LLC. Mr. Schonberger focuses primarily on new business development and the asset management of Radiant’s current portfolio. He is also responsible for all of Radiant’s development and construction projects including renovations and big box retail tenant installations. In addition, Mr. Schonberger is involved in the leasing and day-to-day operations of the properties.

Mr. Schonberger started his real estate career managing development projects as a superintendent and project manager for Greenwich Associates. Later, he formed Northbrook Realty Group, a development and construction company, and in 1990, he formed Legacy Construction Corporation, a third party management company.

In early 1998 Mr. Schonberger became Senior Vice President at Enterprise Asset Management where he was responsible for all development activities of a $500 million real estate portfolio. In November 1998, Mr. Schonberger joined First Union Real Estate and Mortgage Investments (FUR:NYSE) serving as Executive Vice President until forming Radiant Partners, LLC in 2000. From 2001 through 2004 Mr. Schonberger also served as Vice President of acquisitions for Imperial Parking (IPK:AMEX), a parking management company.

Mr. Schonberger received a B.A. degree in American History from Connecticut College in 1977
